5 Reasons Why I LOVE Brighten's New Album "Peace And Quiet"
There always seems to be the one person that pops into your mind while listening to Brighten, whether that be your nastolgic 17-year-old boyfriend from high school or the person you're in love with. Every Brighten record seems to just tug harder and harder at the heartstrings, and Peace and Quiet seems to do that even more-so than anything Justin Richards has ever released.

5 Reasons I love Brighten's Peace and Quiet:

1) I'm a SUCKER for the strings. The songs in this album perfectly emulate the orchestra, especially on "Little Locket."
2) Heartbroken? Theres a song for that. Happy in love? Theres a song for that too. The variety is so perfect.
3) The lyrics are like Taylor Swift on steroids. I mean that in the best way possible, because every word is pretty much heartwrenching.

4) Every song could fit perfectly in any romantic comedy or teen show. Listen to "Let Love Be" and try not to think of your favorite scene from The OC or the rain scene from Cinderella Story. IT'S NOT POSSIBLE. You're welcome for the imagery.
5) This album is like if Bon Iver and Augustana had a baby and it turned into an album, Peace and Quiet would probably be the love child.

Be sure to check out Peace and Quiet on Spotify and download from iTunes and let me know, what are your favorite tracks off the new album?
